「對，這地方的名字很有趣，是距離 Nantes Atlantique 機場約 45 分鐘車程的海邊小城市。對法國人來說，度假不會編排行程。到海邊租個房子，然後每天曬曬太陽、游游水，再到附近餐廳吃海鮮拼盤配白酒，心情好的話到當地市場買新鮮材料回家自己下廚，這樣悠閒的時光就是度假。我祖母在這裡擁有一幢房子，所以我們一家經常來這裡度周末。除了美麗的海岸線及沙灘外，這裡也有一流的海鮮餐廳。坐在天台酒吧一邊吃新鮮海產配葡萄酒，一邊看日落，什麼壓力也會一掃而空。」
