Maguelone Calmels 畢業於倫敦 Central Saint Martin 曾於巴黎、上海、倫敦生活，現居於香港，於時裝品牌如 Givenchy工作過後，決定創立個人藝術時裝品牌 Mahka，位於上環華里的 Mahka 除了自家時裝品牌外，更會與不同類型的國際藝術家合作藝術 project，小店內更不時請來地下音樂 DJ。

About French Beauty……

說起法國女人，其實更多時講的是巴黎女人，若真的要定義 French Beauty，巴黎女人一樣注重外表，但會選擇一種自然不著痕跡的方式，我們不想跟別人雷同，所以不完美反而更完美，整容在巴黎女人身上亦不太常見，所以一條皺紋、或是像 Vanessa Paradis 那條小小的牙縫令你看來更獨特。對比起跟隨潮流，巴黎女人更注重了解自己，就像人人說紅唇美麗，但我知道紅唇偏偏跟我不相襯，自然唇色反而讓我更好看。

My Ritual

就像我們的衣服一樣，我相信女人的美容習慣、每件產品都反映著個人個性和心情，好像日間抹上 tonic 時你感到精神振奮地面對新一天，晚上敷上 night mask 不僅是為肌膚注入水份，也是忙碌過後放鬆的儀式。近十年開始我都養成了同樣的習慣：早晚使用 Clarins 的潔面產品，然後塗上爽膚水和保濕霜，即使歸家有多晚，睡覺之前一定要好好潔面，這是我的護膚原則。

About Scent

選擇美容產品時，我對於氣味和質地非常敏感。玫瑰的氣味總會讓我想起祖母，她來自保加利亞，當地有很多玫瑰香水和美容霜，也許如此，當我遇到Etat Libre d’Orange 的 Eau de Protection 時，當中的玫瑰成分令我深深著迷，決定引入在 Mahka 展出。
