享受過程

去年的宣萱相當活躍，她參與的無綫電視劇有《執法者們》和《巨塔之后》兩套都有口皆碑，電影方面更有引爆全城熱話的《尋秦記》，而她在新加坡劇集《誰殺了她》的破格演出，更獲得《紅星大獎2025》最佳女主角，可算是大豐收的一年。談到對於現階段的她來說，獎項的意義是什麼？此時此刻，在其演藝生涯中最重視的是什麼？

宣萱不徐不疾地說：「其實我出道到現在，這麼多年都心態如一。我一直以來的心態都是，做自己喜歡做又享受的事。能獲獎對我來講是bonus，我不會為了獲獎而拍戲，而且我覺得就算獲獎，都不代表給你是最好的，我覺得好演員有很多，好過我的演員亦大有人在，所以獎項對我來說，就是一種鼓勵，就是你為演出付出了很多，亦有個獎項鼓勵下，得到就開心，但沒有的話，我又覺得沒什麼大不了。」

「總之我最緊要是享受過程，能做我想做的事，就很滿足了。」

難得是宣萱處於娛樂圈這大染缸中，多年來都能堅守初心，看淡得失成敗，絕對是大智慧的表現。

走出舒適圈

出道以來，宣萱除了演出經典輕鬆喜劇《美味天王》、《寵物情緣》及《尋秦記》，更以《壹號皇庭IV》、《刑事偵緝檔案4》、《老婆大人》和《歲月風雲》等劇集演活了專業人士角色，而在新加坡劇《誰殺了她》中，宣萱首次挑戰暗黑題材的復仇母親角色，是她從演以來的一大突破。《誰殺了她》在新加坡定為成熟級（M18），只限18 歲以上人士觀看，故事講述香港的著名藝術家邵若雲（宣萱飾演）與丈夫孫艾倫（李銘順飾演）擁有幸福家庭，一直到女兒孫善琪（黃暄婷飾演）在閏年2 月29 日晚遭殺害，截肢大腿被套上日本浮世繪絲襪棄河被尋獲。若雲後來從警方得知一直是乖乖女的善琪居然化身為色情網站的網主Freedom，客戶可付錢讓她脫衣，完美家庭頓時破裂。案情撲朔迷離，若雲堅信女兒是被連環殺手所殺，為了引對方再出手，若雲模仿對方作案手法謀害另一名少女，選擇了復仇的這條不歸路。

談到演出《誰殺了她》的心路歷程，宣萱表示：「角色本身就是很大的挑戰。因為我這麼多年在TVB，監製通常慣性讓我演專業人士角色比較多。當初還未正式接《誰殺了她》我已經很害怕了，擔心自己演不來。令我好大壓力，因為自己不是母親，加上戲內的女兒更是十多歲了，令我想像不到。或者能夠想像到自己有個女兒，但是女兒被人殺了又是兩回事。而且《誰殺了她》故事很沉重，基本上沒有輕鬆的戲，可能只有幾場而已，所以問題是好幾個月的拍攝過程中，我究竟能否維持那般高能量的情緒，以及能否達到角色那些情緒的層次呢？在開頭的時候，我心中有很多問號。多得經理人鼓勵我，對我有信心，支持我有勇氣走出舒適圈。」而恰巧在宣萱到埗新加坡準備拍攝工作時，香港就發生了轟動全城的蔡天鳳碎屍案。「看着這單新聞令我突然對戲中的角色產生了共鳴，好慘痛和絕望的感覺，幫助到我入戲。當然，演戲的對手好重要，跟整個拍攝團隊都合作得好開心。我在這齣戲中的老公（李銘順）更加不用說了，很能幫助帶到我入戲。」獲得成功亦不忘感謝和讚揚同儕，這般大方個性，人見人愛。

通透與剛強

多年來宣萱的學霸背景都為人津津樂道，她畢業於倫敦大學帝國理工學院（Imperial College London, University of London），並獲得材料工程學學士學位，說得一口流利英語，顏值智商均在線。問到要將宣萱比喻為一種材料，她想了想說：「我第一時間想到titanium（鈦）。」鈦為稀有金屬，重量輕、強度高、具金屬光澤，亦有良好的抗腐蝕能力，由於其穩定的化學性質，耐高溫、耐低溫、抗強酸、抗強鹼，常用來製造火箭及太空飛行器，有「太空金屬」的美譽。

「從小到大的培養都令我學會獨立，很多時都習慣自己照顧自己，所以我會選鈦這種好硬、不容易折斷的物料。」

宣萱13歲的時前往英國留學，至大學畢業才回港發展，培養出她堅強獨立的性格。可到底宣萱這種寧折不彎的剛強性格，在講求手腕和人際關係的演藝圈中會有怎樣的化學作用？她直接了當地說：「我覺得自己好幸運。一路以來都遇到很多伯樂，遇到很多會體諒我的性格的人。」

「我覺得每一種性格都有它的好與壞。我這種呢，好聽的就是有性格，不好聽就是好固執、不懂做人。當然我不會為此而後悔，因為一直以來我都希望自己能保持初衷，能高高興興地工作，最緊要就是自己心裏舒服。」

宣萱透露自己從不在演藝路上設定「要打敗誰」或「一定要拿什麼獎」的具體目標，對她而言，拍戲最珍貴的是團隊合作的過程，她表示：「記得我見過一位電影導演，他問我有什麼目標？他認為做演員一定要有目標、想去到哪一個位置、得到哪些獎項等等。可是，我覺得我只求自己高興。到了現在，我對自己所擁有的種種，都好感恩，以我這種性格，在圈中30幾年，能夠有這樣的成績，已經是好幸運的事情，不會再苛求。總之我最着重永遠都是過程，能夠演好角色，有好的對手和團隊，大家拍攝過程又開心。我成日都說，拍戲最開心就是teamwork。「其實由我讀書時參演舞台劇開始，我喜歡做戲的原因，就是因為teamwork，成件事不是一個人的功勞。就像今日的相片拍得很好看，其實不主要跟我有關係，是需要所有環節配合，包括攝影師、燈光、化妝、頭髮、衣服等等，製作出來的整體結果，這些都是我比較看重的事情。若果之後有機會再闖舒適圈的話，我都會再挑戰自己，雖然都會驚，但我都學會了，別第一時間拒絕，先問自己『會唔會死？』不會死就去做吧。」宣萱這種不盲目追逐名利，保持初心的通透思想，着實能帶給人勇往直前的正能量。
