法國女人真的不減肥?3 位巴黎舞者的優雅瘦身秘方

法國女人從不減肥?在巴黎生活了一段時間後,我覺得是一個美麗的國際誤會,法國女人一樣愛美,但更愛自己。很少見到法國女人大大聲宣稱自己肥幾多磅,要怎樣地獄式減肥,但她們卻會不動聲色地吃少幾口麵包、尋找喜歡的連動,以優雅的姿態找回自己滿意的身型。

舞蹈向來是最受巴黎女人歡迎的瘦身方式,在美麗的肢體舞動中減脂增肌,我們請來了身型完美的 Crazy Horse 香豔舞蹈團舞者、巴黎最潮舞蹈室創辦人、以及近年最新興瘦身法—地板芭蕾導師,3 位不同背景的巴黎舞者與 Madame Figaro 分享法國女人保持纖瘦身段的心得。

Q:你最喜歡的舞蹈訓練? A:舞蹈一直在我的基因中!我的母親是爵士舞老師及編舞師。我五歲就開始學習古典舞,後來現代爵士舞、嘻哈舞及我近期的心水:街頭爵士舞。
Q:如何有效地增肌? A:我天生身體瘦弱,與其說舞蹈改變我的體態,它反而令我學會接受並喜歡自己的柔弱、有時看來弱不禁風的身體,因為練舞的關係,現在我全身肌肉最發達的地方就是臀部。 Q:你日常的身體護理是怎樣?
A:雖然我很饞嘴,但我非常注意健康飲食。幾年前開始戒肉,感覺身體及精神狀態越來越好!我亦會自己幫自己按摩,學會和自己獨處亦非常重要! Q:如何保持舞者纖瘦身材? A:聆聽你的身體,按心情和需要作出調整,當我想食快餐時就食吧……但當我吃多了甜品,我就會減少食量或斷食幾天。如果你問我要最好的建議:戒肉!動物和你的健康都會多謝你!

Q:你第一次接觸舞蹈的經過? A:我天生就有跳舞激情……三十五年來,我練習古典舞、現代舞、巴西戰舞和現代爵士舞。
Q:如何保持法式優雅? A:透過練習 Barre Shape 每個動作的到位及美麗,身體舞動時細膩而精準,保持氣定神閒,散發女性美。 Q:你在訓練過程中如何增肌? A:長期跳舞有助身體線條看來更均勻修長,芭蕾舞的手臂訓練可以強化上半身。單腳站立伸展身體可強化臀部和背部;深蹲和小踢腿強化大腿,加上平板式可以鍛煉腹部和姿勢肌,再配合拉筋就放鬆肌肉。
Q:你日常的身體護理是怎樣? A:我偏愛低糖食物、配合大量蔬菜、含較多纖維素的時令生果,並盡量選擇有機產品。另外,我會以植物奶代替難以消化的牛奶,配合服用鎂補充劑。我每週教五到八小時的 BarreShape 舞蹈,亦會定期練習衝浪、瑜伽和 Pilates 。
Q:如何保持舞者的纖瘦身材? A:跳舞!最理想就是不要集中一種舞蹈,大膽一試練習各種舞蹈,但要注意保護關節和背部!

MARINE OLIVARI (地板芭蕾導師)

Q:你第一次接觸舞蹈的經過? A:我讀書時接觸到現代爵士舞。教跳舞那時,我發現自己身體不夠柔軟靈活,於是我開始嘗試地板芭蕾舞。十八年以來,除了週末,我每天都練習這兩種舞蹈。 Q:你對優雅的定義? A:這是一種態度,一種感覺。有些人的優雅是與生俱來,但我相信長期的鍛鍊也可以培養一個人的優雅。
Q:你在訓練過程中如何增肌? A:我 25 歲畢業時,那時大腿肌肉非常發達;在練習地板芭蕾舞和爵士舞後,因兩種技術互相配合,反而有助收緊腿部、臀部、背部和腹部,看來結實但不會過度發達。練習地板芭蕾舞後,可以強化身體肌肉和塑造美麗曲線,甚至很快就看到自己有馬甲線。
Q:你日常的身體護理是怎樣? A:在我的健身教練指導下,我非常注意保護身體,不會過勞…..睡眠也非常重要,我很幸運能夠每晚至少睡 8 個小時。雖然我會拉筋,身體還是會繃緊,所以我會做按摩放鬆。但最重要還是要注意飲食。我食得儘可能健康,例如有機產品及儘量避免加工食品;我亦減少食肉(兩日才食一次),並且挑選高質肉類產品。
Q:如何保持舞者身材? A:跳舞令我時刻關注體態,還有另一種額外收獲:我們更加懂得聆聽身體,何時休息,何時在不傷害自己的情況下提高練習難度。
